During the interim, the <br /> 31 -City Attorney had advised Councilmembers relative to the legal <br /> 32 ramifications involved in those decisions. Mr . Childs had summed .up <br /> 33 Mr. Soth' s recommendations in a memorandum in the agenda packet. . . ... <br /> 34 Comments made at the opening of the discussion seemed to indicate <br /> 35 there had been little change -in Council positions of opposition to the <br /> 36 proximity of the proposed arcade to the bar or concerns about the co <br /> 37 mingling of patrons in these two establishments . <br /> P38 Councilmember Marks said conversations with other persons since <br /> 9 September 22nd had only served to strengthen his conviction that there <br /> 9 <br /> l <br />
