Anthony , MN 55418 <br /> Subject : Neighborhood Meeting <br /> Dear David : <br /> • The purpose of this letter is to summarize the neighbor ' s <br /> concerns as expressed at the neighborhood meeting last meek : <br /> 1 ) Is one point of access on Kenzington adequate for a 200- <br /> unit apartment complex? <br /> 2) Is enough open space being provided? <br /> 3) - How can we be assured that the balconies will not <br /> become "Junk yards"? <br /> 4) Will this development attract university students? <br /> 5) Should a walkway be provided from Lowry to the shopping <br /> center and how can we prevent cars and motorcycles from <br /> using the walkway? <br /> 6) Why doesn ' t the HRA redevelop the property as single family <br /> homes or townhomes? <br /> 7) What are we going to do to keep the dust and noise down <br /> during construction? <br /> 8) Are there going to be door locations or other means of <br /> of keeping people from parking on Lowry and walking to the <br /> apartments? <br /> 9)9) Are the storm sewers adequate? <br /> 10) How high - will the building be? <br />
