ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING POSTPONEMENT <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Wednesday, <br /> November 4 , 1987 , at 7 : 35 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the <br /> City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the <br /> following purposes: <br /> To consider a request for Development Concept Plan and <br /> Detail Plan approval under the P.U.D. (Planned Unit Dev- <br /> elopment) section of the City Zoning Ordinance to <br /> allow construction of two buildings of three stories <br /> over underground parking on the site currently occupied <br /> by the St. Anthony Village Shopping Center, generally the <br /> 1500-2600 block of Kenzie Terrace. N.E. Said buildings will <br /> consist of apartment units with 102 units in the southern <br /> building to be for seniors only and 103 units in the <br /> northern building to be high quality general rental. This <br /> proposal does not include any plan for rental subsidies. <br /> • The following items are included in the proposal: <br /> *parking, 206 underground, 153 surface <br /> *center ponding for aesthetic and storm drainage <br /> purposes <br /> *mostly brick exterior, except balconies , etc. <br /> *pitched rather than flat roof design <br /> *all vehicle access will be from Kenzie <br /> *landscaping, vegetation, and bermed screening will <br /> be provided. <br /> This meeting is a postponement of the hearing previously <br /> scheduled for Tuesday, October 20 , 1987 . <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter <br /> will be heard at .said time and place.
