Mr. Childs met with the Sports Boosters regarding the lease <br /> for pull tab operations at a City municipal. He feels that <br /> the latest offer of 4 months free rent and $600 per month <br /> thereafter will be accepted. The specific location for the <br /> booth within the Stonehouse has not been decided yet_. <br /> 3 . The latest timetable regarding the permanent carbon <br /> filtration water 'system is CDM to submit 100% plans to State <br /> by the end of January; State will call for bids by early <br /> March; and, bids will be awarded sometime in April. <br /> 4. The Minneapolis Park Board filed an appeal on the St. <br /> Anthony Boulevard street assessments. Mr. Childs will meet <br /> with the Park Board this week to discuss the issues <br /> surrounding the assessment. Sunset Cemetery has not filed <br /> an appeal and the deadline has passed. <br /> 5. Mike Spielman, a resident who lives on Silver Lake Road and <br /> whose property backs up to Silver Point Park has requested <br /> to attend the next Council meeting to lodge a complaint • <br /> about flooding the skating rink during night time hours when <br /> his family's sleep is disturbed. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 11:15 A.M. <br /> :cjk <br /> • <br />
