The front office staff will be completing their <br /> TSP's next week. <br /> 5. Childs and Soth with MPCA, re: cooperative agreement. <br /> b. Childs with Soo Line Railroad, re: Evergreen Townhomes. <br /> C. Childs with Mark Flaten, re: City's insurance coverage. <br /> d. Council with architects, re: Parkview facility. <br /> 4. Discussed some of the problems and solutions concerning the <br /> heating system at Parkview with Mr. Hamer. There are <br /> problems in the Police Department and the front office. <br /> 5. The Vill�igeFest Committee has decided to hire the City float <br /> to be constructed and intends to request a "loan" from the <br /> City to cover the costs incurred. <br /> 6. The $3 million the City was awarded in their water <br /> contamination lawsuit against the U.S. Army will be <br /> deposited in a City account today, March 7th. Payment to <br /> Briggs and Morgan will be made today also. <br /> Lee Entner <br /> 1. Chief Entner arrived just before the meeting adjourned.
