In instances where personal injury or vehicle damage is reported, a <br /> more in-depth review process will be implemented. <br /> 4 -. 817.4 RULES GOVERNING'EMERGENCY RESPONSES <br /> 1. An officer, while operating a vehicle in response to an emergency call <br /> for service, shall do so with due regard to the safety of others as <br /> stated in Minnesota Statutes. <br /> 2. An officer shall operate both audible and visable signals when respond- <br /> ing to an emergency call for service in order to be exempt from the : <br /> speed limit.
