home. This new section was 7 feet tall--to match the 18 foot section.
After two months the boards in the fence have shrunk in width and
and have warped at the top and bottom-- probably because support cross-
bars are too far from the top and bottom.
RECOMMENDATION: We strongly recommend that the entire fence visible
from our property conform to the Saint Anthony Village ordinances- concerning
fences. We hope this fence will meet specifications at an early date.
• FOOTNOTE: We note that Mr. Yarr also built a fence 6' 2" to 61 8^
tall on the Zahhos side of his yards and that the highest part (61 8") extends
8 feet beyond the front corner of the Yarr home (toward the street). This
high fence in front of the house is unsightly from the street and blocks
public view of nice evergreen trees. We understand Saint Anthony Village
restricts front yard fences to four feet. Unless Mr. Zahhos feels differentlys
we recommend the front yard fence meet Saint Anthony Village requirements.
