UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> 18 <br /> 19 A. A letter was received from John Cape] ] , Chief Administrator of the <br /> 20 Metropolitan Transit Commission (MTC) . <br /> 21 <br /> 22 The letter addressed the reinstituted policy of the MTC regarding bus <br /> 23 shelters. For a number of years the MTC has not been installing bus <br /> 24 shelters and is now requesting input from various communities re- <br /> 25 garding their suggestions for placement of bus shelters. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 The Council discussed various locations which should be considered for <br /> 28 a bus shelter and reviewed those presently in place. It was noted that <br /> 29 the MTC will install the shelter, but the City must supply the pad for <br /> 30 the shelter and maintenance. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Councilmember Marks suggested the Council not make any final decisions <br /> 33 for placement of bus shelters until the re-routing in the City is <br /> 34 complete. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 B. Ordinance No. 1990-004 ; Re: Amendment to refuse haulers ' licensing <br /> 37 ordinance - second reading <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Motion by Marks , second by Enrooth to approve the second reading of <br /> 40 Ordinance No. 1990-004 . <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 43 <br /> 44 C. Proposals to provide feasibility studies for a storm sewer system <br /> Lc a sanitary sewer system <br /> 46 <br /> 47 At a previous Council meeting the City Manager had been requested <br /> 43 to seek additional proposals for feasibility studies. He felt <br /> 49 this was a very good suggestion in that three consulting firms <br /> 53 responded. <br />
