APPROVAL OF JULY 31 , 1990 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Motion by Marks, second by Makowske to approve the minutes of the July <br /> 23 31 , 1990 Council meeting with the following corrections: <br /> 24 <br /> 25 page 6, line 4; Change the 1114th" to the "28th" <br /> 26 page 6, lines 24 through 29; Insert these two paragraphs on page 7, <br /> 27 line 8. <br /> 28 page 7, line 15; Replace the word "funds" with "funding of" <br /> 29 page 7, line 44; . Correct the spelling of "Willman" to "Wilmar" <br /> 30 page 12, line 8; Add "The Executive Session was called at the <br /> 31 request of the City Attorney to discuss a potential lawsuit." <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 34 <br /> 35 4. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Contractors Licenses: <br /> 38 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the license applications <br /> 39 for the following contractors: <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Panelcraft of Minnesota, Inc. , Minneapolis, Mn. <br /> 42 Midwest Fence, South St. Paul , Mn. <br /> 43 Reliable Tree Service, Inc. , Fridley, Mn. <br /> 44 Giertsen Company, Plymouth, Mn. <br /> 45 Don R.
