EXHIBIT G LIEN WAIVER . The undersigned has commenced or is about to commence to render services, to perform work or to furnish materials in connection with the erection, construction or repair of improvements or appurtenances on certain real property owned by the City of St. Anthony (the "City") and described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned, in consideration of the sum of $ the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby waive and release all rights acquired by the undersigned to file or record mechanic's liens against said real property for services rendered, work performed or materials furnished to said real property, arising on or prior to , 199_ (the "Settlement Date"). It is understood and agreed that the execution of this-Lie--n-Waiver relates to all services rendered, work performed and materials furnished through the Settlement Date by the undersigned, in any and all capacities. Should any lien be filed by or on behalf of the undersigned or its successors or assigns for services rendered, work performed or materials furnished through the Settlement Date, a copy of this Lien Waiver may be filed or registered in the appropriate real property records and shall operate as a release of the lien and rights of lien released or waived by this Lien Waiver, without any further action on the part of the undersigned.
