CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 94-060 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> AND THE AGREEMENT WITH RAMSEY COUNTY FOR MAINTENANCE <br /> OF TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNALS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> OF EACH BY THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony desires to enter into a cooperative agreement (Agreement <br /> 94015, attached) with Ramsey County in conjunction with the County's <br /> reconstruction of Silver Lake Road, north from Silver Lane to I694. <br /> WHEREAS, The County of Ramsey and the City of St. Anthony desire to participate in the <br /> maintenance and operation of traffic control signals (Agreement 94013, attached) <br /> with street lights, signs, interconnect, and emergency pre-emption system at the <br /> intersection of Silver Lake Road and Silver Lane, System "C". <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the Cooperative Agreement, Agreement 94015) between the City and Ramsey <br /> County and the Agreement for Maintenance of Traffic Control Signals (Agreement 94013) and, <br /> in addition, authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute said Agreements on behalf of the <br /> City. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1994. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
