CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 94-061 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENTS FOR <br /> INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC CONTROL <br /> SIGNALS NOS. 94010 AND 94011 BY AND BETWEEN THE <br /> COUNTIES OF RAMSEY AND HENNEPIN AND THE CITY <br /> OF ST. ANTHONY AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br /> CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the Counties of Ramsey and Hennepin and the City of St. Anthony desire to <br /> participate in the cost, maintenance and operation of traffic signals located on <br /> Silver Lake Road at 37th Avenue N.E. and at 39th Avneue N.E. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves Agreements No. 94010 and 94011 by and between Ramsey County, Hennepin <br /> County, and the City of St. Anthony and authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute <br /> said Agreements on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted this day of 91994. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
