CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 7 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by <br /> 8 Mayor Ranallo. <br /> 9 <br /> 10II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 11 Councilmembers present: Ranallo, Fleming, Marks, and Wagner. <br /> 12 Absent: Enrooth. <br /> 13 Staff present: City Manager Mornson, Finance Director Roger Larson. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Mayor Ranallo indicated that due to the absence of the Recording Secretary, the written minutes <br /> 16 will consist of a summary of the meeting only and the meeting tape will include all comments <br /> 17 made during the meeting. <br /> 18 <br /> 19I11. APPROVAL OF JUNE 12, 1995 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 20 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the June 12, 1995 Council Agenda as <br /> 21 presented. <br /> 10 Motion carried unanimously, <br /> 24 <br /> 25 IV. APPROVAL OF MAY 23, 1995 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 26 Motion by Fleming, second by Wagner to approve the May 23, 1995 Council minutes as <br /> 27 presented. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 V.
