PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 18 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the following claims: <br /> 19 A. TKDA Engineers.in the amount of$1,157.10 for engineering services with the initial <br /> 20 energy audit of water utility facilities. <br /> 21 B. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of$3,750.21 for legal services rendered through April <br /> 22 30, 1995. • <br /> 23 C. 5 pages of Verified Claims as presented by the Finance Director. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> .26 <br /> 27 VII. REPORTS. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 A. 1994 Audit Report. Stuart Bonniwell was present to report on the 1994 audit he <br /> 30 performed for the City. The main thrust of the report was that the overall financial <br /> 31 condition of the City remains healthy. Mr. Bonniwell had submitted a letter with his <br /> 32 comments and observations which was included in the agenda packet and reviewed by the <br /> 33 Council. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the City's 1994 audit report. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 B. Mayor. <br /> 40 Mayor Ranallo had nothing to report at this time. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 C.
