(a) Worker's compensation insurance in compliance with the Worker's <br /> Compensation Act of the State of Minnesota, including employer's liability <br /> insurance on all employees of the Food Service not covered by the Worker's <br /> Compensation Act, for occupational accidents or disease, for limits of not less than <br /> $500,000 for any one occurrence. <br /> (b) Comprehensive General Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability <br /> Insurance fora combined single occurrence limit of not less than $2,000,000 for <br /> bodily injury or death, property damage, blanket contractual liability and products <br /> liability (including dram shop coverage). <br /> (c) Employee dishonesty insurance with a limit of not less than $100,000, subject <br /> to a $500 deductible per occurrence and depositor's forgery insurance with a limit of . <br /> not less than $25,000. <br /> (d) Crime bond coverage, for loss of money on or off site, with a limit of not less <br /> than $10,000, subject to a $500 deductible per occurrence (provided that Operator may <br /> elect to provide the foregoing coverage through a bona fide self-insurance program <br /> maintained by Operator if the same has been approved by Owner). <br /> (e) Such other insurance as Owner may designate in writing to Operator. <br /> 7.02 Insurance Companies. All such insurance referred to in Subparagraph 7.01 <br /> shall be written by companies satisfactory to Owner, and all such policies shall <br /> provide that they may not be canceled or altered without at least 30 days prior <br /> written notice to Owner. Operator shall deliver to Owner, upon Owner's written <br /> request, certificates of insurance evidencing coverage to be obtained.by.Operator in _ <br /> accordance with the terms of this Agreement. <br /> 7.03 Additional Insureds. The insurance policies listed in this Section 7 shall be <br /> endorsed to cover Owner and Owner's Mayor, Councilmembers and employees, and <br /> any other person designated by Owner. <br /> 7.05 Liability; Waiver of Claims. <br /> (a) Owner and Operator hereby waive all claims for recovery from each other <br /> and their respective affiliates, employees, agents, Councilmembers and officers, for <br /> loss or damage to property by fire or other casualty coverable by generally available <br /> standard forms of wall risks insurance, whether or not the loss or damage resulted <br /> from the negligence of the other, its agents or employees. <br /> (b) The parties agree that Operator will have no part in the conduct of Owner's <br /> liquor operation in the Premises, except that the parties intend to arrange for use of <br /> Operator's employees who are serving food to also serve beer, wine and liquor on <br /> -9- <br />
