Mornson, Executive Director <br /> ITEM: AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT WITH ARNOLD DEVELOPMENT <br /> As a result of replatting and reconfiguring Arnold Gregory's The Arbors, <br /> payback of the $95,000 may be made to Arnold Development from the H.R.A. <br /> after completion of thirteen townhomes. The current Redevelopment <br /> Agreement requires completion of fourteen townhomes. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Approval of H.R.A. Resolution 1997-008, amending the 1995 Redevelopment <br /> Agreement between the H.R.A. and Arnold Development. <br /> • <br />
