• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> H.R.A. RESOLUTION 97-008 <br /> A-RESOLUTION AMENDING ARTICLE 5, SECTION 5.1(c) <br /> OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> ST. ANTHONY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> AND ARNOLD DEVELOPMENT, DATED AUGUST 22, 1995 <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) has a <br /> Redevelopment Agreement with Arnold Development for The Arbors, a <br /> townhome development; and <br /> WHEREAS, as a result of replatting and reconfiguring the property, the parties desire to <br /> amend Article 5 Reimbursement of Project Costs to Redeveloper., Section <br /> 5.1(c) of said Redevelopment Agreement, by changing the number of units <br /> to be completed before payback to Arnold Development of $95,000, from <br /> fourteen to thirteen and will read as follows: <br /> (c) The HRA will pay the Redeveloper $95,000 upon the completion by <br /> • the Redeveloper of the construction of thirteen townhomes in accordance with the <br /> Construction Plans. In order to receive such reimbursement the Redeveloper shall <br /> furnish the HRA with a certificate in form satisfactory to the HRA executed by the <br /> Redeveloper certifying that the construction of thirteen townhomes has been completed on <br /> the Redevelopment Property in accordance with the Construction Plans. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Anthony Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority hereby approves amendment to the Redevelopment Agreement <br /> with Arnold Development to read as stated above. <br /> Adopted this day of 1997. <br /> Chair <br /> Secretary <br />
