The first step in the reduction is an analysis of the <br /> system and determination of sources. <br /> Any historic bypasses of untreated wastewater <br /> The City of St Anthony has not been required to bypass from the wastewater collection <br /> system. However during the peak conditions in July 1997, approximately 50 to 75 homes <br /> reported backups of wastewater into their basements and many more may not have been <br /> reported. <br /> Preliminary Budget and Task Breakdown <br /> The projected effort required to complete the proposed tasks includes and estimated 240 <br /> hours of consultant time, $2,000 in contract television inspection work, and about 240 <br /> hours of City staff time with a total projected cost of about $24,000.
