CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 99-044 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br /> ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted March 23, 1999, a report was <br /> prepared by WSB & Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of 29'h <br /> Avenue NE, from Stinson Boulevard to County Road 88. <br /> WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br /> necessary, cost-effective, and feasible. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> that: <br /> 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the <br /> report at an estimated total cost of the improvement of$2,630,000.00. <br /> • 2) WSB & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. <br /> They shall prepare plans for making such improvement. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1999. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
