This system is also being <br /> interconnected to an existing system to the east at Old Highway 8. All construction and maintenance costs of <br /> . the interconnect will be 100% Ramsey County. <br /> Cost splits for the entire project are shown in the plans. A detailed engineers estimate has been included with <br /> the plans for your use. It is our understanding that the City wishes to utilize their MSA funds for this work <br /> and the required project numbers have been included in the plans. <br /> Please present these plans to your Council for approval. I will ask for your approval signature on the signal <br /> plan title sheet subject to the Council's favorable response to this project. <br /> Also included is a copy of agreement,No. 99010 between the County,New Brighton, Roseville and St. <br /> Anthony for the traffic signal work on County Road D. Please have the City Council execute the agreement. <br /> The original agreements are at the City of New Brighton. I will forward them to Saint Anthony for signature <br /> when available. I will forward you a fully signed original when executed by all the parties and the Ramsey <br /> County Board. <br /> Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
