ANTHONY <br /> ORDINANCE 2003-005 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1635.03 OF THE ZONING CODE <br /> TO ALLOW PAWNBROKERS AND SECONDHAND DEALERS <br /> AS CONDITIONAL USES IN COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS <br /> The City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby ordains: <br /> Section 1. Section 1635.03 of the City's Zoning Code is amended to add the following uses <br /> as permitted conditional uses within a general commercial district (C district). <br /> (x) Secondhand Dealers that comply with the requirements of Section 565. <br /> (w) Pawnbroker businesses which comply with the requirements of Section 566. <br /> Section 2: This ordinance will become effective as of the date of its publication. <br /> First Reading: May 28, 2003 <br /> Second Reading: June 13, 2003 <br /> Adopted: <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Publish: St. Anthony Bulletin <br />
