CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> ORDINANCE 2003-006 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE ST. ANTHONY CITY CODE; <br /> ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE INVESTIGATION AND LICENSING <br /> OF PAWNBROKERS AND SECONDHAND DEALERS <br /> The City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby ordains: <br /> Section 1. The current provisions in Section 615.06 (Other License Fees) of the St. Anthony <br /> City Code relating to Secondhand Dealers are hereby repealed and superceded by <br /> the provisions of Section 2 of this ordinance as set forth below. <br /> Section 2. Section 615.06 of the City Code is amended to establish investigation and <br /> licensing fees for Pawnbrokers and Secondhand Dealers in the City that comply <br /> with Sections 565 and 566 of the City Code. <br /> Minnesota Applicable <br /> License Fee Term Transferable Statutes Code Section <br /> Pawnbroker $5000 License Fee One year; No 566 <br /> $750 Investigation Fee Expires 12/31 <br /> of each year <br /> Secondhand $5000 License Fee One year; No 565 <br /> Dealer $750 Investigation Fee Expires 12/31 <br /> of each year <br /> Section 3: This ordinance will become effective as of the date of its publication. <br /> First Reading: May 28, 2003 <br /> Second Reading: June 13, 2003 <br /> Adopted: <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Publish: St. Anthony Bulletin <br />
