The direr ry will be tastefully done with full consideration for the fu re standardization of signage _within the center . It will not c. -rade , injure , or pose any detriment to the surrounding neighborhoo' The directory will be mounted directly to th north building on the exterior wall of the former Brown Photo b ( 2903 Pentagon Drive NE ) . This wall angles itself towards Kenz Terrace making. it an ideal location . A great deal of traffic sses by the center on Kenzie Terrace . With no signage being all ed to the tenants for placement on the back of their stores , ignage advertising is totally eliminated from this side . Placi , :: the directory in the proposed location will not only accent and reprove the appearance of the entrance to the center from Renzi Terrace, it will also inform the passer-by of the tenants and sE ices available in the center. Although New Brighton Blvd. provides the ,enter with excellent visibility, it is hoped the tenant direct ;,t will attract people passing by on Kenzie Terrace. With out the - Arectory, the tenants will not be able to tap what may be a valuab source of clientele. The St. Anthony Shopping Center has three imary entrances . The two entrances off New Brighton Blvd. are a e?nted by the existing pylon. The rear entrance , with the conti ed development of the Kenzington Project , will experience higher raffic levels . Since shopping centers in St .
