ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> SIGN VARIANCE <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, April <br /> 19 , 1988 at 8: 00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) , for the following <br /> purpose: <br /> Consideration of a request for a variance from the City <br /> Sign Ordinance from Eberhardt Company for a 10 ' 9" X 16 ' <br /> tenant directory wall sign to be installed in the St. <br /> Anthony Shopping Center at 2903 Pentagon Drive on the <br /> northwest wall of the north building (facing Kenzie Ter- <br /> race) . The Zoning Ordinance allows one shopping center <br /> sign and one already exists for this center. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter <br /> will be heard at said time and place.
