MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: Members of St. Anthony Planning Commission <br /> FROM: Jerome P. Gilligan <br /> DATE: July 9, 2003 <br /> RE: Replat of Stonehouse Property <br /> In connection with the proposed Stonehouse Redevelopment, it will be necessary to <br /> replat the various parcels comprising the site into one parcel. Since no new lots are being <br /> created, the technical requirements of Chapter 15 of the City Code relating to subdivision of land <br /> will not apply to the replatting of the property. Therefore, a-public hearing is not required to be <br /> held by the Planning Commission on the replat of the property. Procedurally, the new plat can <br /> be approved administratively by the City Council by a resolution. <br /> The City's practice in connection with plats that combine parcels to create one parcel has <br /> been to have the proposed plat reviewed by the Planning Commission prior to its consideration <br /> by the City Council. At its meeting on July 15ffi the Planning Commission will consider the <br /> proposed replat. <br /> DORSEY & WHITNEY LLP <br />
