Signage for the development will be wall mounted, individual backlit letters mounted on continuous <br /> raceways. The signage allocations per the building ordinance are for"one tenant sign per right-of way <br /> frontage per commercial establishment' The sign may have no more than 2 s.f. of surface area per <br /> lineal foot of business frontage, up to a maximum of 150 s.f. of signage are for that commercial <br /> establishment. The total area of all wall signs affixed to a wall may not exceed 15% of the total area of <br /> that wall. <br /> Main building: 4800 s.f.wall area x 15%=690 s.f. max. signage allowed on the north facade <br /> (while we are allowed to use the end exposures, no additional area is req'd.) <br /> Liquor store allocation 83 I.f. x 2= 166 s.f.of signage <br /> Multi-tenant(max. 7 tenants)7 x 20 I.f. x 2 s.f. =280 s.f. of signage <br /> Total signage to be provided= 166 s.f. +280 s.f. =446 s.f. <br /> Restaurant Building: 1800 I.f. of wall(north&south)x 15%=270 s.f. x 2 exposures=540 s.f. <br /> 150 s.f. of signage per face max. allowed. <br /> 1152 I.f.of wall(east&west)x 15%= 172 s.f. x 2 exposures=344 s.f. <br /> 150 s.f. of signage per face max. allowed. <br /> Total signage provided=3 signage fronts @ 100 s.f. per exposure=300 s.f. <br /> Based upon the ordinance,we are providing less signage area than is allowed. <br /> End of memo <br /> 0 Page 2 <br />
