Mr. <br /> 2 Moorhouse confirmed and further clarified. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 Commissioner Tillman asked what cost would be for the most expensive unit. Mr. Moorhouse <br /> 5 stated that the 3-bedroom apartment flat or loft unit would be approximately$2000.00 a month. <br /> 6 <br /> 7 Commissioner Jenson noted that the square footage for all of the one bedroom units are about the <br /> 8 same. Mr. Moorhouse acknowledged that the senior units are a bit smaller than the other units. <br /> 9 He reviewed the changes with the Commission stating that the floor plan sizes are mixed <br /> 10 throughout the building. He offered to provide the Commission with a tour of one their current <br /> 11 buildings/projects. Commissioner Jenson asked him to provide the Commission with addresses. <br /> 12 He stated that he would prefer to drive through the area on his own first and then contact for a <br /> 13 tour. Mr. Moorhouse agreed stating that driving past the projects would give them a good feel <br /> 14 for the building styles and material quality. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Commissioner Tillman asked if the urban townhomes and flats would have indoor parking <br /> 17 facilities. Mr. Vogel confirmed that indoor parking would be available. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Chair Stromgren asked for an overview of the main building entrance locations. Mr. Vogel <br /> 20 reviewed the building access points with the Commission. Mr. Moorhouse also noted that the <br /> new buildings would also utilize and FOB security access system that would control access to <br /> certain parts of the building and reviewed with the Commission. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Commissioner Jenson asked for an approximate square footage of the studio units. Mr. <br /> 25 Moorhouse stated that the average studio unit would be between 700 square feet, the one- <br /> 26 bedroom units would be between 800 to 1000 square feet; the two bedroom units would be 1050 <br /> 27 to 1150 square feet; the townhomes would be 1500 square feet; the three bedroom flats, 1500 <br /> 28 square feet; and the four loft units would be approximately 1300 square feet. He indicated that <br /> 29 there are approximately 25 different floor plans. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Ms. Hall asked Mr. Moorhouse to review their construction schedule. Mr. Moorhouse stated that <br /> 32 it is their hope to begin construction in mid-September/early-October and would last <br /> 33 approximately 14-16 months. He stated that the development project would be done in phases <br /> 34 and reviewed with the Commission. He stated that the first phase would be the common areas <br /> 35 and leasing office; the second phase would be the general populace down to the senior area; third <br /> 36 phase would be the senior area. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Mr. Vogel provided the Commission with an overview of the exterior design. He discussed the <br /> 39 construction materials noting that the first feature that would be seen would be the drive under <br /> 40 component. He reviewed the brick elements stating that all units would have a deck or patio <br /> 41 area. He reviewed the clubhouse location noting the view would overlook Central Park area. He <br /> 42 indicated that the break and exterior treatment would be slightly different stating that they plan to <br /> use a different type of siding for each grouping (senior and general occupancy) and reviewed <br /> 44 with the Commission. <br /> 45 <br />
