ANTHONY, MINNESOTA <br /> INSURANCE <br /> Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City of St. Anthony, <br /> until 10:00 A.M. , May 10, 1982, at which time they will be publicly opened and <br /> read aloud . Bids are being requested on the following insurance : <br /> (1 ) Workmen' s Compensation <br /> (2) Property Insurance <br /> (3) Inland Marine <br /> (4) Crime Coverage <br /> (5) Comprehensive General Liability <br /> (6) Comprehensive Automobile Liability <br /> (a) Liability <br /> (b) Collision <br /> (J) Umbrella Liability <br /> (8) Public Employees Blanket Bond <br /> (9) Boiler and Machinery <br /> (10) Liquor Liability <br /> in accordance with specifications on file with and available from the City <br /> • Manager' s Office, City Hall , 3301 Silver Lake Road , St. Anthony, Minnesota 55418. <br /> All bids shall be submitted on the forms provided , together with the specifications . <br /> A specimen copy of the policy and endorsements must be included with all proposals . <br /> The alternate must be submitted with the proposal . <br /> The City of St. Anthony reserves the right to waive any informalities in the <br /> bids ; to reject any or all bids or parts of bids and to make any award which it, <br /> considers to be in the best interest of the City. <br /> It is not required that all coverages be with the same company. Quotations for <br /> additional coverages or policy extensions will be considered , but these costs <br /> should be indicated separately. <br /> The underwriting , loss data and other information furnished by the City has been <br /> compiled from statistics and files which we believe to be reliable. The City <br /> reserves the right, however, to amend values and report exposure changes. Any <br /> additional information provided to one bidder will be provided to all bidders. <br /> It is the intent of the City of St. Anthony to establish a long term relationship <br /> with its agent or broker and insurance companies. The City also intends to manage <br /> its insurance and maintain positive loss control measures in all operations. <br /> Should cost and service be considered satisfactory , the City does not plan a sub- <br /> sequent bid procedure for at least three years. <br /> m: <br /> David M.
