The <br /> Manager said Health Fitness had been chosen over Health Central because <br /> the latter' s proposal did not include the 12 lead EKG which would be <br /> administered by Health Fitness to each participant before an exercise <br /> program is started. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Letourneau <br /> to adopt Resolution 83-013 . <br /> RESOLUTION 83-013 <br /> A .RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING..
