The Mayor stated that he was in
complete agreement with the Commission 's denial of the validity of that sign and
perceived the store owner 's attempts to blame the Public Works Director for the
expense incurred when Mr. Belisle had erected_a_.non-conforming sign in his window
to be inappropriate.
Mayor Sundland said he wanted to "take the opportunity .at the end of 1984, a year
St. Anthony won 't soon forget, to wish all our residents and business people the most
happy holiday season and prosperous '85 on behalf of myself, the Council , and the
Village employees and their families".
