Mental Health, however, stays a major <br /> concern with Expansion of Mental Health Facilities being seventh on our <br /> list. Emergency Child Care Shelter in NE/SE (#8), Home-Delivered Meals <br /> (#9), and Adult Day Care - Increased staff for Friendship Center (410) <br /> follow with Adult Day Care dropping from par-t -of-Priority-One in- 1982 to <br /> Number 10 on this year's list. <br /> This year the Eastside Hennepin County Human Services Council drew up a <br /> list of 21 priority recommendations as compared to 6 last year.
