RESOLUTION 84-014 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER <br /> TO EXECUTE THE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS NOS . 84011 <br /> AND 84015 BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. AIdTHONY AND <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY FOR THE COUNTY ROAD D PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, the City and County desire to jointly construct and improve <br /> portions of County Road D; and <br /> WHEREAS, two agreements have been submitted by Ramsey County to the <br /> City of St. Anthony pertaining to said construction and improvements , <br /> as follows : <br /> Ramsey County Agreement No. 84011 (Maintenance <br /> of Traffic Control Signals) <br /> Ramsey County Agreement No. 84015 (Cooperative <br /> Construction and Maintenance) . <br /> NOW,-THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby authorizes <br /> the Mayor and City Manager to execute the abovementioned agreements <br /> on behalf of the City of St. Anthony . <br /> Adopted this day of 1984 . <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
