We anticipate progress <br /> on our right-of-way negotiations sufficient to allow us right of entry by the middle of <br /> February. We are requesting City of St. Anthony approval of the construction plans <br /> . and associated agreements so that we may meet our schedule of awarding a construction <br /> contract for this project in 1984. After city approval, it will take approximately 20 <br /> weeks to award a contract by Mn/DOT in accordance with necessary procedures on <br /> this project. <br /> Accompanying are: <br /> 1. One set of plans <br /> 2. Agreements 84011 - Maintenance of Traffic Control Si als <br /> 84014 - Cooperative Routine Maintenance <br /> 84015 - Cooperative Construction and Maintenance <br /> The signature copy of the agreements will be provided at your request. <br /> You will note in the division of work in the plans and the associated agreements, all <br /> matters pertaining to the City of St. Anthony in Hennepin County are silent.
