9. The storm sewer system in the City in the County Is eligible for 100 percent <br /> cost participation with a combination of federal and state aid funds and the City will <br /> not participate In the storm sewer costs. <br /> • 10. Upon completion of the project, under the terms of this agreement and <br /> separate Ramsey County Agreement No. 84014 with Hennepin County, the County will <br /> maintain the storm sewer catch basins and leads and the City will maintain the storm <br /> sewer trunk lines in the City both in Hennepin County and Ramsey County. <br /> 11. The City shall pay to the County a portion of the cost of concrete curb and <br /> gutters constructed within the County In the City except for medians and replacement <br /> of existing concrete curb and gutters. The concrete curb and gutters to be paid for by <br /> the City are estimated to be eligible for 76.74 percent federal aid funds and the City <br /> shall pay 75 percent of the remaining 23.26 percent as estimated in aforesaid attached <br /> Exhibit A. <br /> 12. The City shall pay to the County 100 percent of the cost of the detached <br /> path In the City In the County except the 76.74 percent of the cost estimated to be <br /> eligible for federal aid funds as estimated In aforesaid attached Exhibit A. <br /> 13. Upon completion of the project the City and County shall jointly inspect the <br /> path and the City shall approve, by letter, the construction in conformance with the <br /> plans and specifications. The City will then assume responsibility for the path and the <br /> City shall own, maintain and operate the path. <br /> 14. The City shall pay to the County one eighth (12.5 percent)of the construction <br /> cost of the signal system at Silver Lake Road and County Road D not eligible for <br /> federal aid funds. Federal aid funds are estimated to pay 76.74 percent of the cost. <br /> Estimated said signal costs,based on the engineer's estimate,are attached in Exhibit A. <br /> 15. The signal at Silver Lake Road and County Road D power supply, electrical <br /> power coats, street lights, maintenance and operation are covered by separate Ramsey <br /> County Agreement No. 84010 between the City, Hennepin County and the County. <br /> 16. The City shall pay eight percent (896) of its share of the construction cost <br /> prior to federal aid participation, as determined by the contract as awarded, to the <br /> County as a preliminary engineering fee. This fee shall be due upon award of the <br /> construction contract. See credits in aforesaid Exhibit A. <br /> 17. The City shall pay five percent (596) of Its share of the construction cost <br /> prior to federal aid participation, as determined by the final contract amounts to the <br /> County as a construction engineering fee. This fee shall be due upon notification to <br /> the City of the final amounts paid to t!-,e contractor. See credits in aforesaid Exhibit A. <br /> 84015 <br /> 3 <br />
