B. An hourly time , material and expense charge for con- <br /> sulting services rendered by a principal member at <br /> the rate of $34. 39 dollars per hour, by an associate <br /> member at the rate of $19.95 dollars per hour, and by <br /> a research assistant at the rate of $13.13 dollars <br /> per hour. <br /> C. The sum of all such compensation in A and B (above) <br /> shall not exceed the total fees paid in support of <br /> this Agreement for the 1984-1985 Agreement year. <br /> Exhibit A lists the current contributors and shows <br /> anticipated fees ,' although this is subject to change <br /> during the Agreement through the addition or deletion <br /> of subscribers . <br /> D. Services provided by the Consultant which are outside <br /> of the scope of this Agreement and which are provided <br /> to -those agencies participating in special subscriber <br /> services shall be billed at the rate of $48. 30 dollars <br /> per hour. <br /> E. Cancellation Clause <br /> This -Agreement may be terminated by -either party upon <br /> thirty (.30) days written notice. <br /> F.
