I. <br /> Officer Mac Queen should be commended for his prompt response to a window <br /> peeper call on September 19, 1984 that resulted in the arrest of a <br /> residential burglar. Officer MacQueen did most of the follow-up work on <br /> the arrest, which led to the subsequent charges of Residential/Burglary in <br /> • Hennepin County. It should be noted that this defendant had been plaguing <br /> the N.E. Minneapolis area for several months and is the suspect in a <br /> criminal sexual conduct case that occurred early this spring in the Mpls. <br /> residential area just behind our shopping center. <br /> e <br /> RE/eaa <br />
