However, <br /> when we compare our production to that of September 1983, we do find that <br /> our production was meaningful . Moving violations for September 1983 was <br /> 66 as compared to the September 1984 figure of 179. More indications of <br /> the monthly activity was the 45 self-initiated arrests made by the patrol <br /> when compared to 11 for September 1983. <br /> September was our busiest month of the year when you look at Captain <br /> Engstrom's monthly report on crimes reported. <br /> Officer Puffer had surgery on September 28th and will be on sick <br /> leave from'six to eight weeks. <br /> Respe full bmitted, <br /> e <br /> J.
