Releasors, therefore, release and forever discharge all <br /> claims and any liability against the Settling Parties in the <br /> manner approved by Frey v. Snelgrove, 269 N.W. 2d 918 (Minn. <br /> 1978) . This is only a partial settlement of Releasors' claims. <br /> Releasors' claims against any Non-settling- Parties are preserved, <br /> and the consideration paid for this release does not fully <br /> compensate Releasors for their claimed damages. <br /> 11. As to Settling Parties, Releasors' release is a <br /> complete discharge of all claims of any liability that may exist, <br /> whether known or unknown, as of the date of this release. This <br /> includes statutory and common law claims, claims for legal and <br /> equitable relief and all damages even if such damages are now <br /> unknown. <br /> 12 . Releasors shall dismiss the claims in the actions <br /> pending in Ramsey County District Court and United States <br /> District Court referred to above, as those claims relate to the <br /> Settling Parties.
