asserted any claim, demand, suit or cause of action against the <br /> Settling Parties which arise out of the acts, events, transaction <br /> or ownership interests which are the subject of this Agreement. <br /> 13 . 'Releasors shall limit their claims against any Non- I <br /> settling Parties, so that no claim or cause of action for <br /> contribution or indemnity will arise in favor of such Non <br /> settling Parties against the Settling Parties. Releasors shall <br /> indemnify and hold the Settling Parties harmless from any claims <br /> and all liability against the Settling Parties arising from the <br /> pending actions. In particular the Releasors shall indemnify and <br /> defend Settling Parties against any claim, demand or cause of <br /> action by Non-settling Parties for contribution, indemnity or <br /> subrogation whether claimed to arise because of settlement or <br /> adjudication. <br /> 14 . Releasors shall assign to the Settling Parties all or <br /> part of any settlement or judgment that the Releasors may obtain <br /> against the Non-settling Parties, if that judgment or settlement <br /> or a portion thereof is necessary to satisfy any judgment or <br /> claim for contribution, indemnity or subrogation obtained or made <br /> by any Non-settling Parties against the Settling Parties which <br /> arises from any further settlement or adjudication by the <br /> Releasors against the Non-settling Parties. Releasors shall <br /> satisfy any future judgment which may be rendered in favor of the <br /> Releasors, in such percentage, portion or share of the judgment <br /> 7 <br />
