as the several legal liability of the Settling Parties are <br /> adjudged to be of all legal liability of all parties, persons or <br /> entities adjudged to be responsible for Releasors' injury or <br /> damages. <br /> 15. This release encompasses, but is not limited to, any <br /> and all claims based on the amount of any subsequent judgment <br /> determined to be uncollectable in accordance with Minn. Stat.. § <br /> 604 . 02 and reallocated to the Settling Parties. <br /> 16 . Releasors shall immediately notify the trial courts and <br /> the Non-settling Parties of this settlement with the Settling <br /> Parties, make the terms of this settlement agreement part of the <br /> record, secure the dismissal of all claims, including crossclaims <br /> against the Settling Parties and secure the dismissal of the <br /> Settling Parties from the United States District Court and Ramsey <br /> County District Court cases, in the manner set forth in Frey v. <br /> Snelgrove, 269 N.W. 2d 918 (Minn. 1978) . <br /> 17 . This is a limited release. This Agreement does not <br /> benefit any party except the Settling Parties. Releasors reserve <br /> and retain all rights of every kind and nature against the Non- <br /> settling Parties, persons or entities, except as set forth above. <br /> 8 <br />
