Mr . Cokley is a civil engineering major at <br /> the University of Minnesota . After graduation in December he <br /> intends to seek employment with the State or a city such as <br /> St . Anthony. He recently completed updating the official <br /> St . Anthony maps located in Council chambers and at the fire <br /> department . <br /> REPORTS <br /> Mayor Sundland - National Night Out Proclamation <br /> Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Enrooth, to approve the <br /> proclamation. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Council Member Ranallo - Grand Day Parade, VillageFest <br /> Council Member Ranallo reported that St . Anthony' s position <br /> in the parade is number 39 . He suggested meeting at City <br /> Hall at 8 : 00 a.m. in order to be at Fourth and 35W by 8 : 30 to <br /> line up for the float judging at 9 : 15 to 9 : 30 . The 2 . 2 mile <br /> parade will start at 10 : 30 . The Apache Queen and Princess <br /> • will also be riding in the float . The float is anticipated <br /> to be completed in time for the festivities . <br />
