Change February 27, 1990 Regular Meeting Date <br /> 16 Precinct caucuses are scheduled for February 27th, a regular meeting <br /> 17 date for the City Council meeting. The City Manager recommended that <br /> 18 the Council not meet until the first regularly scheduled meeting in <br /> 19 March. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Motion by Enrooth, second by Marks to cancel the February 27, 1990 <br /> 22 Council Meeting. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 25 <br /> 26 9. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> 27 <br /> 28 A. Ordinance 1990-001 ; Impounding of Animals - Second Reading <br /> 29 Motion by Makowske, second by Marks to approve the second reading of <br /> 30 Ordinance 1990-001 . <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 33 <br /> 34 B. Resolution 90-010; Approving Drug and Alcohol Policy and Procedures <br /> 35 Motion by Makowske, second by Marks to approve Resolution 90-010. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Staff drafted this ordinance. The City Attorney felt it was very well <br /> 38 done. It was noted that members of the Planning Commission are not <br /> 39. included in this resolution as they are not compensated and do not <br /> 40 meet the definition of "employees." <br /> 41 <br /> 42 The City Manager advised he will be meeting with each employee group <br /> . 43 to discuss the meaning of the resolution and the impact it may have. <br /> 44 Each employee will sign the last page of the resolution acknowledging <br /> 45 receipt of a. copy of it, that it has been read, and it is understood. <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 48 r 49 Bob Lohmar, . a resident of the City, inquired if the ordinance prohibiting <br /> 50 the parking of vehicles on lawns is being enforced.
