CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> 7 <br /> 8 The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. and the Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 9 was led by Mayor Pro-tem Ranallo. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 2. ROLL CALL <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Present: Councilmembers Marks, Enrooth, Makowske, Ranallo <br /> 14 Absent: Mayor Sundland . <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Staff Present : City Manager Burt <br /> 17 Assistant to the City Manager VanderHeyden <br /> 18 City Attorney Soth <br /> 19 <br /> 20 City Manager Burt advised those in attendance that the meeting is being <br /> 21 video taped. This tape will be viewed by Councilmembers and staff to determine <br /> • 22 whether the Council Chambers would be conducive to cablecasting Council meetings. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 3• APPROVAL OF JA14UARY 23, 1990 COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Motion by Makowske, second by Marks to approve the minutes of the January <br /> �7 23, 1990 Council Meeting with the following corrections: <br /> 28 <br /> �9 page 3, line 32 : The word "attending'-' should be corrected to "holding" <br /> 30 page 6, line 31 : Delete the word "being" <br /> 31 page 6, line 44: The word "staff" should be corrected to "City Attorney" <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Mayor Pro-tem Ranallo referred to the approximate cost of a Needs Analysis <br /> 36 on page 8, line 13. He questioned if this were a firm figure. The City <br /> 37 Manager advised that it is his intention to negotiate this figure to a lesser <br /> 38 amount. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 4. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following licenses: <br /> 43 <br /> 44 General Contractors <br /> 45 Milton Johnson Company, Minneapolis, Mn. <br /> 46 Wellington Window Company DBA: Wellington Window S Door Company, Bloomington, Mn. <br /> 47 Oakwood Builders, Inc. , Eden Prairie, Mn. <br /> 48 <br /> 49 Amusement Devices <br /> 50 St. Anthony Liquor (Stonehouse) 7 devices <br />
