Review of Chapters 8 (Streets, Sidewalks and Weed Control ) ; 9 <br /> -,r (Traffic Regulations) ; 14 (Signs) ; and, 15 (Subdivision Regulations) <br /> R for Ordinance Recodification <br /> �9 Councilmember Marks noted that bicyclists are subject to all of the <br /> 11 rules of operation as are motorists. He felt enforcement was a big <br /> 12 problem. <br /> 13 <br /> i4 Councilmember Wagner expressed concern with travel by snowmobiles. <br /> 15 He questioned if this were allowd within the City limits. The City <br /> 16 Manager responded that presently this cannot be prohibited and now <br /> 17 is the time to address the issue. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Mayor Ranallo requested that the Police Chief research the matter. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Councilmember Wagner inquired if there were a termination date on permits. <br /> 22 Councilmember Marks felt this may be addressed in State Statute and <br /> �3 requested that the City Attorney be contacted on this matter. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 11 .
