This program is based on Mn/DOT developed relationships as well as the AASHTO 'Interim Guide for the Design of Pavement Structures". This program has been used to analyze data from nearly all of the 87 counties in the State of Minnesota. As part of the Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP), Which is a national pavement research project, Mr. Janisch is the Data Manager. His duties include overseeing the data entry, and report generation into the Regional Information Management System (RIMS). RIMS is the database used by SHRP for data storage and retrieval.
