Subd. 5 Breach of Peace on School Grounds. Wilfully or maliciously making <br /> or assisting in making on any school grounds or on property adjacent to any <br /> school building or structure any noise, disturbance or improper diversion or <br /> activity by which peace, quiet and good order may be disturbed. <br /> Subd. 6 Offensive Language and Conduct on School Property. Using <br /> offensive, obscene or abusive language or engaging in boisterous or noisy <br /> conduct tending to arouse alarm, anger or resentment in others on any school <br /> property. <br /> Section 1120 - OFFENSES AGAINST PROPERTY <br /> 1120.01 Injury to Public Proper. No person may wilfully or maliciously displace, <br /> remove injure, damage or destroy a: <br /> (a) Street, highway or bridge. <br /> (b) Monument designating a boundary line. <br /> (c) Public sign. <br /> (d) Telephone, cable television or electric line. • <br /> (e) Gas or waterline. <br /> (f) Sewer drain, pipe or connection. <br /> Section 1125 - OBSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC ACCESS <br /> 1125.01 Obstruction. No person may obstruct any public street, highway, sidewalk <br /> or any other public place or building, or the access to property abutting the same, by <br /> hindering or impeding or tending to hinder or impede the free and uninterrupted <br /> passage of vehicles, traffic or pedestrians. <br /> Section 1130 - PEDDLERS AND TRANSIENT MERCHANTS AND CANVASSERS <br /> 1130.01 General. No person may engage in the activities of a peddler, transient <br /> merchant or canvasser without first having obtained a license under this Section <br /> 1130 and without having obtained a license under Minn. Stat.' §329. <br /> 1130.02 Definitions. For purposes of this Section, the following terms will have the <br /> following meanings: <br /> 11-4 <br />
