powder, blank cartridges or any other explosive, bullet, pellet, or shot, without prior <br /> authorization from the Chief of Police. <br /> 1110.05 Exceptions. This Section does not,apply to the discharge of a firearm in the <br /> lawful defense of person, property or family, or in the necessary enforcement of law. <br /> This Section does not apply to law enforcement officers, military personnel while <br /> on duty, or to possession of handguns or pistols permitted under Minn. Stat., <br /> §§624.711 through 624.717. ' <br /> 1110.06 Confiscation. Any weapon adjudged by any Court of competent jurisdiction <br /> to have been worn, carried, possessed, used or handled in violation of this Section <br /> or state statute may be confiscated and disposed of by the Chief of Police. The Chief <br /> of Police may provide for the sale, destruction or other disposition of the weapon. <br /> 1110.07 Use of Bow and Arrow. It is unlawful for any person to shoot a bow and <br /> arrow in the City, except in the physical education program of a school supervised by <br /> a member of the school's faculty, or in a community-wide supervised class or event <br /> specifically authorized by the Chief of Police. <br /> SECTION 1115 - DISORDERLY CONDUCT; <br /> SCHOOL GROUND OFFENSES <br /> • 1115.01 Disorderly Conduct. The following are deemed disorderly conduct and are <br /> prohibited: <br /> Subd. 1 Exposure. Willfully and lewdly exposing his or her person, or <br /> procuring another to expose himself or herself, any open and gross lewdness <br /> or lascivious behavior, or any act of public indecency. <br /> Subd. 2 Nudijy. Appearing in a street or other public or exposed place in a <br /> state of nudity or in any indecent or lewd dress. <br /> Subd. 3 Abuse of Animals. Inhumanly, unnecessarily, cruelly or wantonly <br /> beating, injuring or otherwise abusing an animal. <br /> Subd-4 Defacement of School Property. Marking with ink, paint, chalk or <br /> other substance, or posting hand bills on, or in any other manner defacing or <br /> injuring any public, private or parochial school building or structure used or <br /> usable for school purposes, or marking, defacing or.injuring fences, trees, <br /> lawns or fixtures appurtenant to or located on the site of school buildings, or <br /> posting hand bills on school fences, trees or fixtures, or placing a sign <br /> anywhere on any school property without the approval of school authorities. <br /> 11-3 <br />
