(c) Concealment of a material fact. • <br /> (d) Use of a false name or address. <br /> (e) False statement in any prescription, order, report or record relative to a <br /> controlled substance. <br /> (f) Falsely assuming the title of, or falsely representing any person to be, a: <br /> manufacturer, wholesaler, warehouse operator, pharmacist, practitioner or <br /> other person described in Section 1135.04. <br /> (g) Making, issuing or uttering any false or forged prescription. <br /> 1135.06 Confiscation and Disposition. Any controlled substance found in the <br /> possession of any person convicted of a violation of this Section will be confiscated <br /> and forfeited to the Chief of Police. <br /> 1135.07 Use of Original Containers and Labels Required. A patient having <br /> possession of a controlled substance by lawful prescription must keep the controlled <br /> substance in the original container in which it was delivered until used in <br /> accordance with the prescription, and may not remove the pharmacist's original <br /> label identifying the prescription. <br /> 1135.08 Possession of Injection Implement. No person except dealers in surgical <br /> instruments, apothecaries, physicians, dentists, veterinarians, nurses, attendants <br /> and interns of hospitals, sanitoriums or any other institution in which persons are <br /> treated for disability or disease, may at any time have or possess any hypodermic <br /> syringe or needle or any instrument adapted for the use of controlled substances, or <br /> as defined in Title 21 United States Code 321 (Section 201 of the Federal Food, Drug <br /> and Cosmetic Act (V)), by subcutaneous injections, and which is possessed for that <br /> purpose, unless such possession is authorized by the certificate of a physician issued <br /> within a period of one year prior to the time of such possession. <br /> Section 1140 - POSSESSION OF SMALL AMOUNT OF MARIJUANA <br /> 1140.01 Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana. <br /> Subd. 1 Prohibited Act.
