MEETING MINUTES <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve the minutes of <br /> 37 the June 23, 1992 H.R.A. Dorsey & Whitney Law Firm <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Motion by Marks , second by Enrooth to approve payment in -the <br /> 48 amount of $1 , 705.00 to Dorsey & Whitney Law Firm for legal <br /> 49 services rendered through June 23 , 1992 regarding the Apache <br /> 50 Plaza Tax Increment Financing Project . <br /> 51 <br /> Motion carried unanimously <br /> 4 <br />
