Anthony Kenzie - Coolidge Project . <br /> 34 <br /> 35 The Executive Director advised that this firm is conducting <br /> 36 the Phase I soil testing of the land under Rosie' s Restaurant <br /> 37 and the Good Luck Cafe. During their work a well was <br /> 38 discovered. It has been plugged but it is not known if it has <br /> 39 been capped.
